Unfortunitly barracks arnt the real desired homes of the game there more a patch job solution untill you build rooms as such they have the arbitrary barracks debuff untill you make it pretty afterwhich the main problem is the disturbed sleep debuff theres no way around that if you have a shared room and they dont all go to sleep at the same time its one of the main reasons barracks arnt.
